Domestic laundry FAQs
Good to know before booking
How does collection and delivery work?
Collection availability and any applicable charge are confirmed according to your address, route and load size. A 7 kg domestic minimum or underweight charge applies.
How quickly will I receive my laundry?
We target 24 hours for standard laundry. We confirm timing when booking because stains, bulky items, rewashes and peak periods may require longer.
Can I ask for hand ironing?
Yes. Linen is normally roller-ironed where suitable, while hand ironing can be requested for appropriate garments and items.
Do you handle dry cleaning?
Yes. Mr Pinky's operates as a dry-cleaning depot, with specialist items sent to an external dry cleaner according to the applicable collection schedule.
Can I drop my laundry off?
Yes. Visit Unit 15, PodIt Business Park, 1 Rand Road, Plankenbrug, Stellenbosch during customer operating hours.
